2. The arrival of the deportees

When they made their entry into the lager, the prisoners were deprived of their belongings. The uniform was striped in grey and light blue on which their prisoner number was sewn. A coloured triangle was also attached, red with the initial of the nationality for the political prisoners, green for criminals, or a yellow Star of David for Jews among the many types.
