ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The monograph on the missions was written by Bruno Giuseppe Intra with the support of his own  philatelic material. Giuliani Da Frè and Maurizio Fumagalli, Ernesto Vassallo and Antonello Lagreca contributed to the texts and covers, while Roberto Gottardi completed some missions with specific covers.

The "missions internet site" has been designed and realized by Alessio Vaccarezza. The home page has been created by Antonio D'Ambra.

The section concerning the “kind of missions” is derived from the book “Oltremare” by

  Enrico Magnani.

The introductory article  was written by journalist Fabio Bonacina.
